PURPOSE

 The purpose of this blog is to provide a collection of FREEDOM OF SPEECH honest truth and transparency reports and posts telling the story of our experience with Mike McLaughlin (aka Michael McLaughlin aka "Scooter” which was the name as knew him by at our office). I understand that some may see this and question if this is illegal or unethical for us (Mike Lierman and I) to report about our former employee and the harassment that ensued steming from Scooter. The answer to this would be no, because this is all factual true information with proof that will be attached along with the stories that we tell that will highlight the problems we have had with this individual.

The second primary purpose of this blog is to create a narrative and defense against Scooter's continual harassment. 

This harassment against us as Scooter's former employer is primarily in the form of false police reports and constant phone calls.

Previously, Scooter harassed us continually during his residence in Sandy. However, Sandy police knew about his meth induced psychosis episodes and flat out lies. His false police reports never got anywhere. 

It is currently not know when Scooter moved to Salt Lake, but it is evident that he has gotten a police department to believe his lies. They don't know his history, Sandy does not share data with Salt Lake City police department, nor do their computer systems link up in any way. Aside from NCIC, this is unfortunately how police departments work, they all have their own implementation of technology, and they often don't follow any real standard as far as communication goes. 

In any case, Scooter has been able to lodge FALSE complaints with SLC PD against Mike, and the poor saps down there at the Salt Lake City police department have been duped into listening to Scooter (Michael McLaughlin) and his elaborate stories. 

One thing that will support our side of the story is as follows, but is not limited to,

- Screenshots of group conversations we were apart of with Scooter and his mother. Where his mother is saying things like “What fucking bikers?” and Scooter saying, “Two Harleys just rode up the drive way. Who's your biker friends?”Michael, the driveway alarm hasn't gone off at all. What are you smoking?”

- Audio recordings.
